Role: Senior instructor / Designated Safeguarding Lead
Started: 2003
Amy began her Kuk Sool Won journey in Tamworth, starting training shortly before her fifth birthday. Her fondness for Kuk Sool Won was evident from the beginning, but like James she also took a break to explore other activities. She soon returned, and reached the level of Dahn Bo Nim (Black Belt candidate). Amy proudly promoted to 1st Degree Black Belt in 2013, a milestone that marked the start of her Kuk Sool career.
Over the next 12 years of consistent training, Amy continued to develop her skills and deepen her knowledge of Kuk Sool Won. This commitment has now led her to achieve the rank of 4th Degree Black Belt (Assistant Master).
Competitions have always been one of Amy’s greatest passions. She has not only competed but also won numerous tournaments, proudly representing Kuk Sool Won of North Birmingham both nationally and internationally.
As both a competitor and instructor, Amy’s energy, skill, and dedication is one students look up to as she strives for everyone to achieve their best.
